Richard recognized that many real estate professionals and business owners struggled to find skilled, reliable help while managing growing workloads and rising costs.

What began as a small initiative to train bilingual assistants in the Dominican Republic has grown into a full-scale remote staffing company serving real estate brokers, property managers, construction professionals, and service-based businesses across the United States.
