ProVirtual Staffing Connects with Over 300 Qualified Graduates at UNICDA Conecta 2025
ProVirtual Staffing is proud to celebrate the success of our participation in the UNICDA Conecta 2025 Job Fair, hosted by the Universidad Domínico Americano (UNICDA). This annual event serves as a vital bridge between students, graduates, and professional opportunities to bring together employers from across multiple industries to foster growth, connection, and meaningful employment.
A Space for Talent and Opportunity
The UNICDA Conecta Job Fair is designed to connect students with the professional world, promoting employment and development opportunities for emerging Dominican talent. The 2025 edition featured a variety of engaging activities, including:
- Recruitment areas where students could meet employers directly.
- Networking sessions to help graduates expand their professional connections.
- Workshops and talks focused on key professional topics such as interview preparation and entrepreneurship.
This event continues to be an essential part of UNICDA’s mission to align academic training with real-world career opportunities, giving graduates the tools and exposure they need to launch successful professional journeys.
ProVirtual Staffing’s Impact
Our team was thrilled to meet and connect with hundreds of enthusiastic, bilingual candidates, many of whom demonstrated the skills and motivation to thrive as Virtual Assistants supporting U.S. real estate professionals.
Throughout the event, we were able to sign up over 300 qualified bachelor’s degree–holding graduates who expressed interest in becoming part of our growing network of virtual professionals. The caliber of candidates was outstanding, each bringing strong English fluency, administrative expertise, and an eagerness to grow in the virtual workspace.

In the coming weeks, our team will be reaching out to many of the candidates who signed up during the fair to coordinate interviews and invite them to free professional business training webinars designed to prepare them for success in remote work environments.
